What type of rooms do you offer?
Ampie Camere ad uso singolo, all’interno di appartamenti condivisi da 3 a 5 stanze. Ogni appartamento dispone di bagni in comune in quantità adeguate alle stanze e, ove disponibile, di bagno privato in camera.

What type of furniture is present in the rooms and apartments?
Le stanze sono arredate con cura e dotate di mobili moderni e funzionali, come letto King Size, armadio, cassettiera, comodino, libreria, scrivania e sedie ergonomiche, per garantire comfort e praticità. Gli ambienti comuni sono curati nei dettagli per creare un'atmosfera accogliente e familiare.

Quali servizi sono inclusi nel prezzo dell'affitto?
The rent includes all utilities (electricity, water, heating), high-speed internet, and all other incidentals such as TV license, condominium fees, property taxes, etc. For any additional services, please contact the Apartment Manager.

Quanto costa affittare una stanza?
Single rooms start from €450 to €550 per month, depending on the location and amenities available.
All management costs and utilities are already included in the price.
